I waited outside for an half an hour while 2 Pandora workers helped one person. The young lad with the blonde hair told me they were both needed for that situation so I must wait. Once I was inside the associate had a very bad attitude as if I was bothering him. I felt so uncomfortable I just exchanged my items quick so it could be over. Me and my daughters have so many Pandora rings, bracelets and necklaces. I wanted my sister to understand why We love Pandora so much so I was actually bringing her in for her first bracelet, I got her one was Christmas but it was too small and I needed to do was exchange and get her a few charms. I would never shop in pandora in Green Acres mall again. Horrible experience

Highly dissatisfied because didn’t get my money wort I see same products else where for way less price I bought it for in this store. Store line was too long and no corporation of individual non six feet apart .

The store would not return my item in the store. I wanted to switch the size but they did not have it. She would not return it and said i had to return on line. I asked for them to order the item and they said they cannot do that. Your return policy on the web states that you can return at the store.

I waited over a hour online with 4 babies. Once I got to the front the wanted to put a pregnant lady in front meanwhile I had a 4 kids including a newborn. The sale associate did not show me the bracelet I requested she told me to choose from the catalog. I asked for a specific charm she send another assistant to look for it and they never brought it out. Kids were cranky so I choose something without fully being satisfied. I paid almost 200$ and the associate then tells me they don’t have no more boxes to put the bracelet they will put it in a bag!!!! Mind you this is a gift for someone & also they didn’t have the pink paper to put inside the bag!!! This is not acceptable and I will be returning my purchase!

Item listed online in stock. Waited over 2 hours understandably on line for specific size ring only to finally enter store and it was not available. Item still listed as available from this location. Pandora should rectify the matter!

Upon my arrival there was a very long, I joined the line. Approximately 15 minutes passed when an associate came offering books. I stated that I only wanted to purchase an gift Card. After standing on line for an additional 45 minutes employee 169936. Came outside and started speaking with a gentleman standing on the sideline. And issued him a gift card. When asked how was he able to just walk up and get served. I was told that everyone was going to be waited on. I waited on line an additional 10 minutes, once it was my turn the above mentioned employee walked into the store to assist me. She could have assisted me long before she did.

The store opened late. Associates did not keep the customers informed about the delay. When the store opened all associated were not helping customers. Overall horrible experience in my OWN community. I will not return if I can help it.

Well I had wait online for 2 hrs and understand with COVID-19 you want to be able to contact trace your customers of someone should contract COVID-19 on your store. Your system is setup but it is not utilized. Employees were handing out catalogs on the line to customers that were waiting but for those that know what they want there needs to be an area where they can just buy merchandise. Instead of staying 2 hrs online for a 15 minute purchase.
