The line was very long, the store manager and four of her sales associstes was busy talking in the back and only two sales persons were working I brought it to her attention she replied " I know "but she did nothing about it. One sales associates was very rude to me I would not shop at the Kings Plaza location again very poor service. Thanks .

I was waiting outside the store nearly 2 hours. It was not enough sales associate. It’s very dissatisfying to wait for service this long. I came straight from work and my leg and back were killing me. Very disappointed.

My sales associate Ashley G No. 188365 was very nasty. She refused to let me look at other charms for my daughter's pandora bracelet. She also was very rude when handling my card and receipts. A few of my charms did not fit on the new bracelet due to damage. I then let her know that I've had my pandora bracelet for about 6 yrs now. After completing the sale she walked away from me without asking if I needed help w. Anything else. I felt discriminated against simply because the client next to me was able to view majority of her charms before buying. As a former retail manager. I am very displeased. This was a terrible experience. I will order online from now on . J. Foxworth

I had to wait a very long time to get in the store to even start shopping. Not enough assistances.

The customer service was horrible, and their was no regard to customers waiting in line. While waiting, I watched as several people who seemed to be friends with employees were allowed in the store window the rest of us waited in line. Then the employee assisting us seemed to be irritated and did not provide optimum assistance. If I did not need the product right away, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

The Wait was too long, and the girls that was available, did not take the next person right away...., a lot of walking around not doing anything.... and most of all not friendly

Representative was not helpful finding what I’m looking for and he asked me to go back to the line after all I been already assisted. Very disrespectful

I came in with my mother to buy her a birthday gift and we were very excited at the beginning because there’s so many nice charms there. We selected the ones that we wanted and when it was time to tell the associate kasha which one we wanted she didn’t even say anything to us, she just took the book from us and gave us our items and packed it. She didn’t even greet us and didn’t even ask us if that was all. We really wanted to buy more but her attitude she just looked like she didn’t wanna deal with us. More like she was just brushing us off. The way she packed it and everything just showed she didn’t care at all. Not 1 smile no nothing. They should make customers feel like we want to come back not never come back at all and kasha did just that. Very upsetting and disgusted.

The supervisor BRENDA was very nasty and super rude.

The sales person was singing while serving me.The sale person didn't offer to take my bracelet off to try new charms on. The sale person was very unprofessional during my purchase.
