First they advertised a promotion which they had no stock available and didnt inform customer until they were checking out. Secondly I purchase a charm that broke in less than 2 weeks I brought the receipt and charm and the agent was acting like she didnt want to change it was more interested in my new purchase and at the end I didnt get my charm changed I still have the broken charm, the 2 new charms I purchase and left 2ithout my promotion gift.

I purchased a silver bracelet in June of 2017 and was advised upon time of purchase that I had a year warantee on all items purchased, (as long as the receipt was accompanied with the damaged and/or broken item). I entered the store in hopes that I would simply receive a replacement bracelet as the one I had broke, (the clasp became inoperable). I was informed by the sales associate that unfortunately the bracelet was no longer produced however the other option available is a $25.00 increase in value and I would only be expected to pay the difference. To my dismay, I agreed. Upon checking out, I was informed I would have to pay full price for the bracelet. I was confused as to why I would be held responsible to pay for the new item; as the defect in the item I initially purchased broke due to a manufacturer fault. I questioned the sales associate and the manager why the price of the initial bracket would not be honored seeing as I had the reciteipt and the warantee was still active and within the 1 year time frame. I was told the price for the broken item would not be honored and that I would have to pay full price for the item.

Customer service at the Green Acres location in NY was horrible. Sale person did not know anything about new items. Not friendly attitude. I will never go back to that location.
