My bracelet was too big and they had to adjust it. They measure my arm and now I know what size to buy from Pandora.

The girl helping was really nice and efficient while I was purchasing and I came to ask for my bracelet to get cleaned

The sales associate was pleasant and knowledgeable. Only slightly disappointed that a bracelet I was looking at wasn’t available in the size I needed. But she helped me find a comparable one, so I’m still very pleased!
