Crystal, the sales representative that helped me, was very patient and knowledgeable. She took her time to show me different bracelets and also cleaned my many charms (22). Two previous bracelets broke and in spite of that, I had gone to purchase another. It was because of Crystal’s excellent customer service that I got another one. hopefully this one doesn’t break.

The salesperson Nicole was sweet, efficient, & professional in every way. The manager Donna, was super helpful as well, I ♥️ Donna, She is Awesome!!!
