Pandora Jewelry

I originally went to another location but what I wanted wasn't there. They took the time to locate what I wanted in a store close to my home. I waited until inventory was over and picked up my jewelry.

Great customer service.

I had one of the best customer service friendly experience I have ever received at any Pandora. Miss. Donna sales lead help us she was professional courtesy patient helpful warm and friendly. Miss Donna made us feel so comfortable she help me design my bracelet with great conversation and a friendly smile. Staff also that worked in the store seems to be happy at work which means a lot they seemed like family. Thumbs up for the crew that worked Green Acres Mall on Sunday 4/10.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because they didn’t have one of the charms I wanted but my sales person, Jasmine B was very patient and helpful assisting me in choosing another charm.

Loved the energy of the person who helped me. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and had incredible customer service. He helped me quickly but gave me time to look around. He showed me a lot of beautiful items but didn’t make me feel like he was pushing anything on me. I love the set I bought for my daughter. Great Job to the sales rep! I hope the next time I shop I get him again. I wish I paid more attention to his name.
