I was satisfied with the sales rep, the cleanliness of the store and the quality of most merchandise. Some of the charms need to be bigger especially if you have an engraving on it; so it’s readable

Sales person was patient with my 7 year old and made amazing suggestions and got how something she loves so much and can’t stop talking about it and the young lady that help her that’s why I’m highly satisfied

Tiffany was very nice and professional. She attended to my bracelet and provided great service. She also shared some great suggestions on what charms I could add to my bracelet bc herd was so beautiful.

The Representative was courteous, knowledgeable and made the experience quite pleasant.

I was looking for a couple specific items and the Sales Associate Theresa M. was incredibly helpful. She was able to find me the first item with no problem but the second one looked to be out of stock in the size I needed. She then went to the back and came back and looked in other spots and was able to find the exact item I was looking for in the size I needed. She went above and beyond for me with service that I have not received in a very long time from any retail store.

I always shop at the Green Arces mall location. The service is awesome and the employees know there merchandise. The store manager Donna is friendly and takes her time to help your build beautiful jewelry memories. The month of February alone I purchased 3 bracelets! Until next month LOL! I simply love Pandora!! Thank you!!!

During my visit to Pandora Green Acres I encountered two people. One was a young man whos name I don't quite remember though he was very helpful. The other was Nailea also helpful. They were both very attentive and knowledgeable. They understood my needs and also made sure I understood the proper maintenance and care for my wife's jewelry. I am glad I had the two of them to help me with the completion of my purchase. Thanks again guys!!!!
