I literally went in there for three charms but began asking questions just to peak my curiosity. The young lady was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable that I left with three charms, two chains and two rings for the chain to hold the charms. She also helped me open a line of credit with 6 months interest free. At first I was annoyed by the line but the individualized attention this young lady provided me with and the attention to detail made me feel like it was all worth it. After you shop online for so long, you forget how special human interaction is. This young lady and the in store experiences reminded me of that. I'm so excited to give my mom her unexpected Christmas gift because again, I was supposed to only get her a charm but ended up getting something way more robust.
