I arrived at the store right as they were closing the doors for the day. The young lady told me that they had already let the last person in. I was meeting my best friend for her graduation celebration and I really needed a gift, when I told the young lady my situation not only did she let me in but she provided excellent service. She was kind and professional and did not make me feel rushed even though it was the end of the day. She helped me purchase two charms and I really appreciate her helping me last minute. I know it’s annoying when customers come in last minute because everyone wants to go home so again I am thankful that she was able to help me.

Not a long wait, extremely friendly salesperson. Patient and helpful. I actually went back 2 days in a row to the Green Acres Mall location and Gia helped me both days. She spoke to me and my husband and made us feel so welcome. I made a purchase both days I went. I didn’t anticipate on marking a purchase day 2, but Gia was so friendly and attentive that it made me feel good to make another purchase.
