I needed a birthday charm for my 13 year old granddaughter and Gianella showed me 3 beautiful birthday charms and a granddaughter heart. I bought 2 hearts and 2 birthday charms for both my granddaughters .

I always enjoy shopping for new Pandora charms. I just finished filling up my bracelet and would like to start a new one. I will not be visiting this store anytime soon because I was out of town but I will be returning to Pandora in my state of Maryland

My Pandora experience was amazing. The lady that helped me was very helpful and respectful. She didn’t rush nor was she being rude , it was a good experience. She told me some of the sales and things that’s going on in Pandora since I’m a new customer. She also told me how to take care and clean the item I purchased!!
