Sales rep Gianella D No. 204022 was very professional along with the manager. She introduced me to a piece of jewelry I had no intentions or even interested in . I ended up purchasing the charm and it enhanced the entire bracelet.

Gianella was absolutely fabulous, she was kind and very patient. She made wonderful suggestions for additions to my bracelet; which I happily purchased.

I was very satisfied with the salesgirls knowledge and personality she made my shopping a pleasure will be back again.

The Pandora representative was very engaging. She suggested other items to make my bracelet more personable for me. She was very friendly and I would go back to the store and want to have her bubbly customer service attitude.

The line outside was very long and they only had 1-2 employees out of 5 doing sales.

The sale associates acknowledge you and had friendly smile The sale associate was very informative on the item etc. There where offers to purchase other items in a friendly manner.
