To begin with the amount of customers waiting in line wasn't too bad. The employees at Pandora were really great with assisting me with the selection of jewelry. The ladies were moving at great speed with all customers as it was closing time. Customers there are treated very fairly. Always a pleasure to visit this store.

This was my First Visit to the Pandora's. I was purchasing a Christmas Gift for my 13 Yr. old Granddaughter...at her request, she wanted a Pandora Bracelet. I was pleased with the purchase and the experience with Sales Person. I will be going back for her Birthday.

Was highly satisfied with the customer service. The sales associate cleaned the counter before and after each customer. Everyone was very friendly.

The associate was polite, and patient. She asked me to tell her about myself, and in that she found the appropriate charm for me.

My husband waited on line for over 1 hr and half to be told they couldn't resolve our problem with a charm that got stuck on my bracelet by the assistant manager or sales associate. I went back to the store and spoke to the manager Sparkle who went above and beyond to be able to make sure that the issue was taken care of.
