The manager Donna went above and beyond Ans Carly my associate was so nice The line outside is extremely slow but that’s not there fault

love the store because is easy to get around pus sales people helps you in any type of info. all my siblings and nieces enjoy Pandora's jewelry which carry pieces for all occasions. the diversity of jewelry is so much fun and beautiful and the most important part affordable!!!!!!

I was satisfied because not only were all the employees kind, but the associate helping me had a great attitude and educated me on my bracelet.

Even though it's a very busy time of the year, the workers there was very helpful and they were able to efficiently take the line down while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeaner. I didn't know what I was looking for and it didn't seem to bother the workers there. Very professional.

The staff was excellent. The place was very clean. each associate took the time to clean there work area after each client especially since we have a nationwide increase with COVID-19. You could also see the staff working well together.

Although we had a long wait, the wait paid off because we left with a very special and yet customizable gift which is very cute and just perfect

I waited online for over an hour and the staff came out gave us water and options on other ways to order. Handed out catalogs so that you can see what you wanted prior to entering. They cleaned/sanitized after every customer. The manager Donna happened to wait on me and was friendly and super helpful and all my items were in stock because an employee advised we can check stock online while waiting

The person who helped us was so kind. I was unclear of what I wanted and she was able to help put things together on what would like nice.

The line to get in was a 2 hour wait but once In the store, the sales assistant was very helpful in meeting all my needs, questions and concerns.
