I placed an order on line using the new Afterpay service, the store was unable to complete the return. The manager was able to assist with exchanging the item instead and we enjoyed great conversation and creating a unique piece.

First and for most, I appreciate the distance standing apart from one another I as like the fact before coming in the store, you also had to wait until the counter were wipe down and sanitize and not last but not least the service was very professional.

The salesperson Donna was very pleasant. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in your pieces in your store. I was actually there to purchase a gift. But she helped me in purchasing something for myself. she was a joy and I appreciate her help.

Once entered into the store I was greeted. Everyone in the store was keeping a good social distance along with wearing a mask. I told the worker the items I was looking for and she found them for me right away.

The associate was a breath of fresh air. I waited in line 2.5 hours and when I got inside the store 30 mins before closing she was still authentically professional, upbeat, and friendly although she was obviously exhausted. I LOVE that she didn't pretend as if everything was ok! She was so knowledgeable I didn't have to do anything. She got the selections I asked for, she suggested new ones in place of the out of stock items. She also demonstrated to me how to put together the jewelry. You guys seriously need a hundred like her. PS - I usually hate that mall that the store is located in so she had an uphill battle trying to impress me and she still did.
