Chelsea was absolutely PHENOMENAL!! She made sure me and my mom had the perfect shopping experience. It was my first time there and she was super patient and helpful. Her and the manager really went above and beyond to ensure we left satisfied and even helped me find a piece I’ve been searching for. Even though I said it wasn't that important, they made it a priority for me. In these times it feels so good to go out and experience warm, friendly customer service and I will definitely be a regular.

This was my second visit within one week of my first visit to Pandora, but at a different location. I was so impressed the first time while purchasing for my daughter 's presents, I decided to get other family members jewelry as well. At this location in Green Acres Mall, the line was very long, but that was expected during this time of season. The young lady who was monitoring the line was extremely pleasant and provided books so I could browse the selections while standing online. She also checked to see if some of the selections were available in store, which put my mind at ease, while standing on the long line. Once inside the store, the sales representatives were taking the same precautions as the first store I visited and cleaned after every customer. The representative was very friendly and was very helpful with the selections and I made another big purchase.
