The associate was newly hired but knew all of the products so well I as so impressed. She shared sale options too based on my interests. She also shared some items that I was not aware of. She added my charms and offered to clean my bracelet

Melony was great. I wanted to exchange a bracelet that had broken. I wasn't able to because she couldn't locate the date it was purchased and she explained everything to me in case the same situation would happen again. She has great customer service.
