This was my first time. I received One of your bracelets and charms for My BFF and wanted to get more for myself... Let me say this I have NEVER felt so WELCOME in a STORE like I was at the Pandora store @National Harbor Talisha, Melanie and Simone Where AMAZING!!! Very HELPFUL and Showed me things I could add and how to add different charms and even showed me that I don't only have to wear it on my wrist I could wear it as an anklet... To my OVERALL EXPERIENCE I WILL BE BACK AND THEN BACK AGAIN... I WANT TO THANK THOSE LADIES FOR MAKING A PANDORA LOVER!!!

I have always been treated with the best customer service by every staff member I have come in contact with at this location. So much that like I said earlier it is the only Pandora store I patronize or recommend to my friends and family. Last week when I showed up before closing Simone was the one who assisted me. She was so helpful and patient while helping me find the perfect last minute gift for my Best Friend in spite of my late arrival. So much that when this same friend wanted to make a purchase of her own I return with her the following week and they didn’t disappoint. We were given the same royal treatment from Melony, Talisha, & Simone. Customer service is very important to me but I also love all of the great deals I get from this store because it is an outlet store. They always offer to clean my Pandora jewelry and have even rearranged my charms so that my bracelet was well balanced. Thank you ladies for always making my shopping experience a great one… You guys are drenched in Awesome Sauce!!!!

Because every time I walk through the doors they make me feel so welcome.....They are the most kind and friendly people and is exactly what great customer service is, and that I love.....The type of the knowledge that the associates have about the merchandise is very important to me as a customer.....So enjoy shopping there every-time am in the area and they all know me there so they treat me very well and I love it 🥰....So thank you pandora in Tango Outlet for the great and wonderful experience that I always have when I walk them doors.

The sales associate (Kajal P) was very friendly and made shopping at Pandora at Tanger Outlets in Maryland very pleasant. There was a good selection of jewelry to choose from. There was no pressure to purchase anything we didn't want to. Very good experience overall.

All the workers were extremely nice and helpful. The merchandise were very nice and I felt like I needed to buy all of them. The store itself was also very easy to move around in and was very clean. I am most likely to come back.
