I was desperate to find the Mother's Day "One in a Million" bangle with $125 purchase. I called 4 stores in my area and Bethany totally came to my rescue! She was extremely patient and helpful on the phone put aside the charms I needed for a special retirement gift. Bethany was equally kind and wonderful during my visit. I even picked out some extra Mother's Day gifts for my in-laws and Simone even helped my son pick out some surprise items for me! Visiting the National Harbor store was well-worth the extra hour drive. Bethany's willingness to help me find the perfect items was amazing. I will definitely return to this location, even though there are many stores much closer to my Baltimore location. Thank you, Bethany and Simone!!! I can't wait to see my Mother's Day surprise! :)

Had what I was looking for 3 states charms.

The customer service and knowledge of the merchandise was very positive.

When I entered the store I was greeted right away. Talisha M. was the sales associate assisting me and she was so helpful with helping me with the charms I already had in mind as well as, recommending additional charms. She offered me options to help me make the best selection and cleaned my bracelet before she added the new charms. She is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful; I will definitely be returning to this location. There was another sales associate there at the time and even though she was assisting other guests, I noticed that she was very polite and professional as well.

This was my first Pandora visit. I was greeted promptly by Melony. I told her I wanted a bracelet and some Disney charms. She showed me numerous items and was very knowledgeable about all of the products. I, however was very undecided as everything was so beautiful. Melony was very patient with me even as went back and forth several times. I finally got a bracelet, two stoppers and three charms. This is just the beginning with service like this, I will be back until my bracelet if full. Being in the customer service industry myself, I am very particular. Melony is a great representation of what customer service is all about!

They were great. Nice conversation. And even with them being close to closing for the day. They still provided excellent service.
