Pandora Jewelry

The staff are just simply kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and polite. I have been to another store, the St Charles Town Center location, and have the complete opposite experience. This was my second time to this location, and I will continue to use this one. Melody, Bethany, and her staff have been great both times.

I was highly satisfied due to the fact of my sales associate being very knowledgeable and patient. I was very indecisive and she took her time and did not make me feel rushed.

The sales associate was extremely helpful amd patient with helping me find a number of charms for 2 new bracelets.

I shop at Pandora often and I have never had a great experience like I did yesterday. Bethany was so GREAT!! Ended up buying 6 charms, she was so helpful. I kept changing my mind and still she didn’t complain or anything. She was just beyond awesome. We had a full conversation while I was shopping something I have never done. Best believe I will only be shooping at this store.

Bethany was knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. She made great recommendations that led to my purchase. She was excited to share with a few customer stories about recent purchases and showed me her Pandora jewelry that she purchased. The stories were really nice and showed her high level of customer service.
