I am so upset that I forgot her name she was amazing she made me and my fiancé feel so welcome the store was beautiful nice and clean excellent I mean excellent customer service she even cleaned my bracelet for me oh my God never had service like that before y’all need to give her a gold star At the Tanger Outlet store I hope you all can research her name thank you so much will be back before Christmas

I originally called Pandora to inquire about charms I wanted to purchase and didn't get an answer. Approximately 1 minute after I hung up the phone Melony called me back and informed me that the charms I was inquiring about were in stock at the outlet. Melony assisted me after I arrived to the store and was extremely helpful with other charm suggestions based on my interest so I purchased those charms in addition to the charms I inquired about. Melony also arranged the charms so the balanced out on the bracelet and I was more than satisfied with the excellent customer service she provided.

One of the sales colleagues acknowledged me inmediatelly with an smile, that make stay and wait.
