Very Pleasant and friendly very very helpful. I was looking for a gift for my daughter that is turning 25 and the sales lady was very helpful.

I was highly satisfied as a first time shopper. I went to purchase a birthstone set of ring and earrings for my daughter's 15 birthday. I was able to purchase the birthstone ring but the earrings were sold out. Now I have make another trip back to the store to hope they have it in stock.

The sales person that helped us was very knowledgeable. She was also very patient showing my daughter and her friend the charms. She did not put any pressure on them. She treated them with respect even though they were teenagers. She explained the charms, the sizing of bracelets and proper care of the jewelry. She knew exactly where the different charms were and seemed to enjoy showing them. She even showed her own bracelet. She was pleasant, friendly and professional. It made me want to come to that particular store again although we live over an hour away.
