The store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions and also give me some at home tips on how to keep my jewelry clean. The entire staff was very friendly.

I am gave the following rating, because the visit was an awesome experience for me. it was my first time in the Pandora store. The salesperson Melony C., took her time in explaining to me about the charms and what are my interest, along with making sure that I had the right size bracelet to fit my arms. She also, help me pick out my charms and she was courteous. polite, and professional. I definitely will be back to visit her.

The Pandoras look very luxurious on you and make you feel elegant. Also because they are so good quality. It can be used for so many nice occasions. Best gift ever!

The sales associate was very nice, had no rush showing me the available merchandise and even went the extra mile calling another store to get me one the charms I wanted.
