The Manager at the Tanger Outlets in Oxon Hill , Md was awesome. Her name is Melanie, I believe. This was my 2nd visit with her at this location. She is VERY knowledgable, professional, sweet, courteous, hard-working, friendly, kind and soooooo willing to please her customers. She is the MAIN reason why I am so highly satisfied with my visit and purchase. I have already referred her to many others and will continue to send more customers her way. Melissa, I think her name was. She was very informative and patient with us three customers. She spent time with us and explained while not rushing because other customers were waiting. I definitely recommend this Pandora to anyone!

I was highly satisfied due to the knowledge displayed by the sales rep. I was also satisfied by the attractiveness of the store. It was comforting knowing that I can return to the store in the near future to find more reasonably priced charms for my bracelet. Additionally, I was given the opportunity to see the selection of rings that were on sale as well as regular priced that I plan to purchase in the near future.

The sales person was very friendly. She suggested items based on my tastes. And was very helpful overall.
