I went there on a Monday afternoon. The sales associate was very friendly. She knew exactly where items I wanted were. She also told me of upcoming opportunities and promotions.

I found the charm which I was looking to purchase. The location was easy to find. And friendly customer service.

While shopping for a Mother’s Day gift i stopped in Pandora to find charms. It was a lil crowded but it was moving swiftly. The music was nice, the staff were professional and well attentive to the guests. Everyone that entered the store was advised to sign in and that someone would be with them shortly.

On mother’s day I returned the bracelet for a larger size and the sales rep was very very pleasant and knowledgable about Pandora’s merchandise and had no problem whatsoever in assisting me with the proper size. It should be noted the sales rep that I attempted to return for a larger size the day before was very unprofessional in customer service as to assisting me with the exact same problem the day after. She stated to me that a “17” bracelet would stretch with the charms on it and that she was unable to assist me with putting the charms on the bracelet which I would had clearly understood had the store been packed which it clearly wasn’t. Again the sales rep who handle the exact same issue I had saved my mother’s day and Birthday for me.
