I was highly excited when I learned that the items in this outlet store were priced at a lower cost, mostly because they were retired items. The selection was large and appealing and very much affordable. I will definitely considered the outlet store before the retail store.

Melony shows great customer service. Her patience is above and beyond any customer would ask for. We spent probably more than an hour looking through charms and her recommending other charms, that I ended up buying a total of 20 charms. I will definitely come back to this location because of the customer service I received.
