I found everything I was looking for. The personal was very helpful and smiling. The price was good.

It was a crowded Saturday and I went in the store on a whim. The person at the front door took my name and I wandered around. I lost my engagement ring last week. I was looking for a placeholder until it's found. I enjoyed the personal service. The associate showed me a ring that was not on display but similar. It was perfect!

The associates were courteous and helpful. The store was well put together to see merchandise.

Had what I was looking for

I was completrly satisfied with my sales associate I informed her that I was looking to purchase a necklace, braclet and ring for my 12 year old God Daughter she showed me items that was suitable for a 12 yr old. I was able to purchas eall three iytems for a reasonable price while staying in my budget. She provided me with 100% customer service.

Everything was more then I expected. I wasn’t pushed in having to buy something. It was nice.

The store is in a great location and the customer service was great. Also, there was a pretty good selection of mdse to choose from.

When I went in the store, I had planned to find and purchased 1 item. However when I met with the sales associate "Tolisha" She was extremely friendly and help me with what I was looking for in addition to showing me other items that may be of interest. Well needless to say I purchased 4 items. Ms. Tolisha was very professional and personable. When I return to the store I hope to get her help and will refer others to her. She should get whatever bonuses that are offered to Pandora employees.
