I was because I was getting the brackets for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas. She was with me I got behind her and eishered to the associate it was for her. So I said it was for my mother. The sale associate did everything fast when she seen her coming she was close the box fast. She also put the bag in first . She was awesome

I visited store on Black Friday evening. The day plus this location being an outlet, I expected the crowd to be large. It was. The sales person logging each customer in, helped make it a smoother flow. There were a couple of folks that missed the log in process. With the staff being pleasant and accommodating, no one seemed upset.

The sales associate was very nice and knowledgeable. She made sure that she found everything that I was looking for.
