i came in the day before to purchase 2 charms, the sales associate informed me of the buy 2 get a retired charm free. i loved her service so much that i came back the next day to take advantage of the sale again. When i walked in she was helping another customer, but the other sales associate stepped in and helped, i loved her service as well. It also helped that she had OCD just as bad as i do, she set up my bracelet so perfect. i was very pleased with the service i received.
