Service was very good. Sales rep was personable. I returned because of my experience with Gladys on Tuesday, she was knowledgeable, personable and very helpful with product information.

Great sales and lots of options

Daonna the salesperson was very helpful and patient. She did not rush me and allowed me to take my time. I made numerous changes to my selection and she never had an attitude or rushed me. I will go back to her when I buy more Pandora. Kudos to her!!!

Great customer service!

The staff was very friendly and took a large interest in helping me find the perfect ring. The store was clean and well kept, and the staff had a vast knowledge of the products and prices. They also offered opinions on what would look best and were very helpful.

We entered the store 15 minutes before closing, but we were not rushed in our selection. The sales associate was very patient and treated us as if we had all the time in the world to make a selection. She took time to try on several sizes of bracelet to make sure that I was satisfied with my selection. She listened to our reason for visiting and she wished me a happy birthday prior to our leaving the store. It was a wonderful shopping experience and I received a beautiful gift that I had wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday and will be used to commemorate many special occasions in my life.

I was satisfied because I was able to get my wife a charm that would bring back her remembrance of that special occasion 10 years from now. It's something that could or should last a lifetime.
