first visit to location, pleasantly greeted upon entering the store. Rep. wasted no time in assisting me in a very pleasant manner. Rep. was very knowledgeable regarding items I were looking for. Informing me there was also a sale going on and would gladly show me some of the sale items, that was very thoughtful of her I must say. Great service & store.

Being a first time customer. I would have loved to be greeted at the door and acknowledged and being told that someone would be with me in a few moments

Low stock on discontinued and or reasonably price charms

I like the travel charms and collecting them wherever I visit/vacation

My sales Rep Keenan was amazing. The manager on duty for Saturday was less than helpful. There was an online special of but 2 and get 2 free that several people came in for including myself and she was rather rude in explaining. She actually lost 3 sales because of it. The only reason I purchased is because of Keenan. The manager continued to rudely tell customers to make sure they are using pandora.NET and nothing else since there were other sites pretending to be Pandora. The people I saw who came in were like me -- very knowledgeable and wearing several pandora pieces. Just to be made to feel like were not competent was less than professional.

Only one sale associate was present. One customer ahead of me and I waited for 15 minutes or more to get help. It is not a negative but had to wait which was not a problem.

When I arrive, had to wait pretty much@the entrance till every1b4me got serviced! I was wondering y there weren't mor staff to service customers on Valentine's Day!!!?

The staff was helpful.

I love the jewelry, my daughters and granddaughters love the jewelry and always like what I have purchased. It's an awesome product; can't get enough!

We waited for over five minutes to be spoken to. One of the associates ended her sale then walked away without even speaking to us. She did not come back to the counter until someone else was finished with the sale and come over to deal with us. That upset me to no ends and affected how I looked at your product.
