When I entered the store the staff were have separate conversations and I wasn’t greeted. In fact it was unto I turned around and experienced in an item is when I was approached.

The one moved very slowly. The associates weren’t as friendly as I thought they could be.

There is always room for improvement with the wait time. Perhaps hire more associates to assist.

There was no clear process posted on pick up procedure. Since there was a wait-list, someone entertaining after me was placed first. The associates weren't helpful upon entering.

There were associates on the floor when I none of them looked up to say ma’am may I help you or anything. It took a young lady to come from the back to assist me.

Because I came to get that snake head bracelet that I seen on line and you did not have it. I wanted to know could you have it shipped there and some black bracelets and for the neck. So I am letting you know foe me to continue to go there if this is possible. Thank you. I am always in there.
