The sales associate seem to be rushing,trying to help myself,as well as other customers @ the same time. When she assisted me before on my previous visit,she was rather pushy. She wasn't very friendly,quite stern, & slightly professional.(Talisha M)

For some reason the associate could not pull up the information when my husband bough me a necklace and earrings on may 2021. We have tried his email and number and she could not find anything. I asked her could she pull it up by the debit card that he used and she replied no. I am not satisfied that my merchandise has broken and theres nothing that can be done. Im out of a necklace and earrings and also money. Could someone contact me to let me know if the receipt can be pulled up by the debit card.
