The female associate(possibly manager black dress with white stripe on arms) was sarcastic and short with the professional and friendly associate that worked with me. Her demeanor was funky. The sales associate that worked with me handled it professionally and with poise.

I was satisfied overall with the associate and appearance of the store. Pandora needs to offer more sales and new charms for the reflexión bracelets.

I Initually asked for a price of a specific item. Instead of pricing it the associate attempted to price an item from the showcase, once I said it wasn't the same size; she retrieved the original item in question. Noticing the size was off; her tone and demeanor change. I purchased what I came to get and will not purchase anything from this location again.

store manager was not helpful she was very rude and thinking I was not going to purchase anything / Zion excellent customer service as soon I walk in the store she was very helpful and did not have any problem cleaning my old bracelet

Either they were out of, or just didn't have some items I was really interested in. Also, some of the prices were a tad bit higher than I expected or was hoping for 🤔

I love Pandora and have been shopping Pandora since before there were stand alone stores. The only issue I have is the "stop" sign at the door in the Springfield Mall in VA store, it's not welcoming and many times the store is empty and you have to wait to enter or to look around. There needs to be a better system. Yesterday, I almost left, because I just didn't feel welcomed and hadn't been acknowledges while standing at the door. I finally asked to come in and look around. Once inside I was helped almost immediately, but it's about the feeling. I get the COVID protocols but two customers in a store at a time, is crazy. Some folks just want to look around. Thank you.

There should have been more representatives available. The line was too long and moving through the line was too long for such a small location.
