Sometimes the manager are not very kind

The only disappointed I experienced was that I was not able to get the free Bangle. t I asked the sales person who told me that was on regular Pandora store not outlet store. This should be stated on the commercial and I would have went to one of those stores, for $200 I should have at least received a charm.

The store was at capacity and I guess with all the people in there and everyone with masks on it made the store get really hot .

Availability of products. Friendliness of employees. Ease of placing order and ensuring safety while in the store. Employee had us spread out in our own area and brought the products to us vs having us walk around the store and be in close proximity to other guests.

I love Pandora. Some of the items are a little pricey.

The merchandise in the outlet store was more expensive than online.

No merchandise, no new items to purchase

the sales person was very helpful and new the products well, it was the manager who was not to my liking and not the most helpfuls

I’ve purchased two bracelets during separate visits. No one has ever shown me how to open and close bracelets nor add or remove charms.
