The associates did not remain professional at the expense of my friend making a comment/joke about my 5 year old possibly not keeping up with her $150 bracelet by the time we got to the car. Unbeknownst to the employees and manager that laughed obnoxiously out loud had no idea that I am a business owner and am able to pay for special things for my children and make 10 grand+ a month. As a black businesswoman being laughed at by other black employees who have no idea, it made me feel slighted and uncomfortable. It was just plain rude. I more than likely will not return to this location.

I did like to go to Pandora

I bought my cousin to shop at the outlet store with good price and merchandise.

I enjoyed the cashier however, the store hand sanitizer machine was empty. The customer service rep provided me some after I headed to the door. This is pandemic the machine should always be filled

There are not enough sales being offered on the products both new or old. Also, for the clasp to prevent charms from moving around, customers should be shown different all options of different prices

I want to get a ankle bracelet found the one I like and got a charm to go with it. But when I got home it was not the color I through it was so I had to take it back the next day to exchange it but the sale lady didn’t tell me that it was on sell and I couldn’t exchange sell items but a manager was there and she let me exchange the charm.

I didn't have my pandora credit card with me and wanted to look up my account number to make a purchase, but was unable to do so because of the bad internet connection

It was really nice to be helped right away. The sales associate knew what I was asking for and quickly found it to show me. She was very pleasant to work with!

I didn't like the fact that I had to wait in line once in store to be seen. Also, there was a sale but the merch was limited and it couldnt be ordered for the sales price.so, basically if the store didn't have it I couldn't buy it at the sales price.

I was looking for a friendship charm.. I saw a couple of different ones on line, all were not available in the store.
