The lock bracelet I wanted to buy for a friend was not available in many sizes. I had to choose another style but I was still satisfied with it. The price for both items were decent.

I was satisfied a young lady was being trained so she had to keep going to the manager for help. The manager was helping other customers. I understood no problem the manager was patient and helpful too she finished my sale. I thank them both

Stephanie was our sales clerk. She was doing something so we had to call her over. Her overall demeanor was not friendly almost like make a recession. I have 3 bracelets and a necklace so I’m very familiar with the store. Costumer service at this location could use improvement. I’ve experienced this before only at this location maybe management needs to offer more training, or training themselves. Lastly she did an excellent job on cleaning my bracelets. I had gotten some bleach on them from washing dishes, and she said I wash dishes also. Just a ignorant tone. It wasn’t about the dishes in fact it was about the bleach. This is usually a fun experience
