I felt like my purchase was a bit rushed. And they weren’t as friendly and engaging. Also I was looking for particular items and the sales associate didn’t offer to order it or let me know when they may or may not get the items back in.

I was satisfied with my visit. I was looking for a charm that wasn’t super expensive. Only thing is they didn’t have many but that wasn’t a major concern. Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase.

I was able to purchase all the initial charms in store except L. I had to order and pay online then I'll pay more gas money for this one item. But it's the only way to get what I need and want.

Selection was slim, sales associate was not able to make recommendations based on description of what I was looking for.

Because of Covid, there's a sign on the door to wait for Assistant, I stood there freezing 4 a moment until a customer came out...It wasn't clear that I could just walk in, I think the sign needs to be removed or the Associates should continually watch to see if someone is standing there esp during these 25 degree temps.

The wait was long due to COVID restrictions. The amount of representatives were few so that caused a long wait. Despite the wait, the manager was quite courteous as she explained the wait.

I am disabled and the young lady standing outside the store did not show empathy to my situation. She also kept touching us which was not sanitary.

The staff was friendly but had 2 50 dollars bills & couldn't receive my change. My total was 95.60 but during this pandemuc every little bit helps thank you.No change is unacceptable!
