I understand there are new protocols due to covid and I can respect that but felt uncomfortable by a certain associate on the floor by the looks towards me and my kids. I really try my best to keep my kids with me not running around but still felt like pointed out by looks.

She was helpful and had everything I needed. The price was better than I thought and the store took safety precautions, maybe not the customers. I wasn't expected to receive anything free.

The experience with the client and employee was not satisfying. The employee would see new potential clients looking around waiting and the employees would pay no Monday to those clients giving there full attention to the client that is just wasting time talking about matters not related to the jewelry. Employees possibly losing business due to the fact that they don't pay mind to the new clients or to the ones that need help making them wait over 30 minutes.

I had to find what I wanted myself. Associate said they didn’t have the necklace I wanted; however, I found an adjustable one that I needed. I inadvertently used a cleaner that was in a hand sanitizer area. I did send my sister there immediately after she said she liked mine. She told me NO one waited on her after three associates kept saying we will be right there. They continued to ignore her and talk amongst themselves so she left!

Salesperson acted like she didn't want to be bothered. And would take the extra time to fine the item I was looking for because the store was busy and she told they had it in the store from the computer

First there was no way to keep track of who was next to be served and the sales person was rude at initially, until another rep stated I was next.
