It just took a while to be serviced. I kind of had to wait to be serviced and wasn’t acknowledged until it was my turn.

Charm selection

I had a chain that I purchased last July that I tried to get replaced because the lock broke and they told me I missed the date. With everything going on with COVID and the amount of merchandise I purchase from Pandora on a regular basis they should have replaced the chain for free instead of trying to get me to purchase another chain.

The type of merchandise was very limited. The prices for an outlet store was expensive. Not enough to choose from.

I was very satisfied

Because they did not have the first charm that I was looking for. The associate also explained to me that they get items that are old and not new items. I thought since it was an outlet they got the same items and sometimes have bigger sales.

It was a average visit while on vacation

I was satisfied. Asst Manager Talisha made my experience pleasurable and memorable
