First time I visited the store on 07/15/20 they were allowing people inside the store with no mask on. People also had them underneath their nose, no hand sanitizer available for customers and no staff disinfecting. On today’s visit the person attending us seemed to be more interested in another sale going on beside us. Towards the end we felt she payed more attention but had it not been an urgency to get what we needed we would’ve walked off.

I think the bracelet should be looser but I went with the sales person. I think it should be looser.

The first associate we encountered had a nasty attitude. She was rude and snappy. The associate that actually helped us was nice and patient

When you enter the store there is a sign saying sign up to be helped. There was no book to sign up so we waited around. No one greeted us or acknowledged us until my daughter walked up to a sales person and asked where do we sign up to be helped. The sales person said we don’t have the sign up book out, and she walked away. Never greeted us or told us when we was You to be seen.

I wasn't highly satisfied for no specific reason in particular. The service I received was good, I had no issues or concerns it was a good experience. I just chose satisfied as opposed to highly satisfied, but there was no particular reason.

There was a sale going on online and this store did not acknowledge it which was a huge disappointment.
