Sales associate was nice - not very friendly at first but did warm up and engaging in conversation. I was not feeling well at the time so it could have been me.

Extremely long wait time for assistance

There was an extremely long wait before I was assisted. I signed in as requested but the 2 sales associates were handling transactions that took a long time. Also, I was acknowledged/greeted when I entered the store as subsequent patrons were.

I originally went in for an open ended bracelet and the sales associate had a hard time finding one so I thought I would get one of the bracelets that was on sale, so I just ended up getting another bangle and some charms

There were only two employees and one client before I got there. They one that was not busy didn't get up from the cash register to help me; until a bunch of people came in and she got up, but didn't even go straight to me.

I did a phone order, not an in store visit. The first time I called, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up. The second time, Bethany answered and she was very helpful. I was able to order my ring easily and quickly.
