I wouldn't say that I wasnt highly satisfied. This was my first time in the store, so I didnt know what to expect lol. But overall my experience was great.

They need to hire more sales associates for the Tanger Outlets in National Harbor Maryland store. We had to wait almost 20 minutes. There were only 2 sales associates.

I arrived and there were three sales associates, only one acknowledged my presence. Being in the customer service industry myself, it’s expected that everyone looks up to acknowledge when someone enters the store. I didn’t like that you had to write your name down on a clipboard. The clipboard served no purpose as the didn’t call off names and there was a name on the clipboard that wasn’t crossed out. The system seemed disorganized. The lady who helped me was knowledgeable but made a face when I asked if she could provide a stylus, in order to sign my name once I was processing my payment. The tablet was dirty. She grabbed a rag and cleaned it but I think there should be a stylus. Though I love my bracelet, I hope the next experience is better.

There was a list of people waiting and only three workers..the associate couldn’t answer some of my questions..for this to be an outlet the prices were the same as in the regular stores
