Two charms II was looking for were no longer available. Safety chain I wanted was not available. No safety chains were on site

At the store the sales person was busy

I couldn't really find charms that I loved.

I visited Pandora at the National Harbor on Tuesday February 26 I brought a ring which is beautiful and bu the time I got home one of the stones had fallen out. I will be returning it when I get back in town.

Customer service was too slow.

I went to the Tanger pandora outlet during the 30% off for 1, 40% off for 2 items and 50% off for 3 or more items. Since it’s a pandora outlet, I was told the promotion only applies for retired products only. Therefore, the products/selection were limited for me to choose from since I was informed the promotion only applies for retired products.

The staff was very friendly and willing to assist. The products are displayed in a manner that invites you to browse. Open and well light store.

I understand it's the holiday so the stores are busier than usual but the wait time seems like the store could've have used more staff. Jasmine was wonderful when we did eventually get called.
