Melody was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase, also she showed me the sales items first.

I only wish there were more displays. She kept swapping the selves out and I realized once I left we forgot one of the pieces I picked out. Also, having more sales reps would be helpful this time of year or at least a sign up sheet so everyone gets helped in order.

I felt out of place when I first walked in as if I was not welcome there. The sale associate who helped me put me at ease. The other sale associate look like she didn’t want to assist me.

I'm not completely satisfied because the salesperson was okay, politely but not so helpful as supposed to be.

When I went to the Tanger Outlet located at 6800 Oxon Hill Rd, Oxon Hill, MD. I was not happy with the service. They were not friendly and respectful felt like they did not care for mw to spend. When I went to the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City located at 1100 S Hayes St, Arlington, VA their customer service was AMAZING it made of up for the previous cusyomer service I received. The store was very clean and the sales assoaistes were very knowledgeable.

Only one employee was on the floor to assist customers.

every time i have purchased an item at this store the price for the piece is difficult to locate. why are there BOOKS and not a computerized scanning capability for each piece. that would speed up the purchasing process. very frustrating for the purchaser as well as the clerk especially when its during a busy holiday.
