Although there was a bit of a wait during my visit, the associates were patient, professional and knowledgeable. The store was clean, well lit and easy to browse in. All customers were handled in the order they arrived and signed it.

The store was packed with customers however, there was only two sales personal waiting on a store full of people. Items I selected that was displayed the store was out of the item or didn't have the item in my size . Items I wanted couldn't be ordered because the store sold out and outlets don't place orders for customers.

I found the gift I wanted online but the store didn’t have it. So I had to look for a substitute gift and was left alone to look. When I found something to replace my gift I had to wait awhile before someone could help me. I know she likes the gift but I also know she would have loved the other gift even more.

THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS OKAY, BUT I FELT SOMEWHAT RU,SHED ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE WAS A PROMOTION AND THE PROMOTIONAL ITEM WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE ITEM THAT I WAS GIVEN AS A PROMOTIONAL ITEM SEEMS TO BE DEFECTIVE. I DO NOT LIVE CLOSE BY THE PANDORA OUTLET WHICH WILL MAKE IT VERY INCONVENIENT FOR ME TO RETURN THE ITEM.

There are too many custmers in the store.

More staff could have been available considering it was Mother’s Day Weekend. We had to sign a sign-in sheet before we were assisted.

I was disappointed to leave the store and spend over $150 and see online after that other store we’re giving away free jewelry cases with purchase and I did not receive one. My purchase with a mother’s day gift and the jewelry case would have been nice to have especially after spending a lot !
