I had to wait for a longer time than I had planned. Probably adding additional sales associates on the weekend would be great.

Three charms I wanted the most were out of stock. I was told to check back every week or month to see if it comes in. I felt there should be an easier way.

This store is always busy. There should be a thing where you can put yourself on the list to be helped instead of wondering around until an associte asks if you want to be put on the list. If you dont know there is a list and other people who come in after you get on the list and helped before you.

There was not enough staff to assist customers. I waited longer than I needed. The selection was limited.

There were only 2 sales associates on staff the afternoon of my visit. There were at least four groups (two people each) in the store waiting to be served, while two were at the counter. There was nothing the associates could do about this problem, so we all just patiently waited. There was no way to view the Pandora stock as the associates customers were at that counter paying with the ipad that seems to take too much time. Possibly the associates could have moved the customers to a part of the desk that did not have the charms that we will all wanted to view. That might have helped us select while we waited, or at least narrow down the choice therefore making our visit to Pandora a little more expedient. If not then there should be chairs. This is an 'outlet' store and even on the rainy Sunday afternoon I was there it was extremely busy. I was from out of town, in fact out of country, and therefore did not have a choice to leave and return another time. The associate that waited on me was VERY professional and knew the merchandise, but she was definitely aware that there were a number of other customers lined up and waiting. i had no time to browse.
