Pandora Jewelry

I have gone to other jewelry stores that sold charms, although their prices are competitive to Pandora, their selections are very scarcely. Pandora selections are very nice. My only complaint is the prices on their gold. I know this is due to the gold market. But I will buy Pandora's gold charms in 10kt to save money. Because just like 14kt, 10kt will not turn or tarnish.

I was satisfied however there were not enough representatives for the customers

Poor selection of charms to choose from

Wait time was to long.

It was just super busy and crowded. You could tell the person who helped me was over worked. She did do her very best to help me pick my present.

Sales associate was not friendly or helpful. They had things in the catalog that were not marked off so you would ask for something and they wouldn’t have it. They also wouldn’t look at the display items to see about sizes. They acted like they hated their job.

When I entered the store 2 of the 4 associates were helping other customers. I was disturbed that the other associates didn’t acknowledge or ask me if I needed help. Once the other 2 associates were finished with their customers the associate closest to me asked if she could help someone else (that walked in after me). Another associate had to come from across the store to help me. I thought this was odd.
