It was a great experience because they were very knowledgeable about the items, however I felt as though when more people came in and it got a little busier I found it that the sales associate was rushing me to make a decision and I did not like that at all. It turned my friend off so much that she ended up not purchasing anything when we had planned on getting matching gold friendship rings. That was really disappointing.

I was not shopping for my self. The assistant made some suggestions but, I felt that I was bothering her instead of getting assistance.

I am pretty much satisfied. The only thing is the price of some charms is a bit high. Other then that I was satisfied.

The store in National Harbor needs more sales people, i had to wait for one hour, i only did it because i need a gift for my mother, but i had a baby in the car, my husband was upset and i was so stressed.

There’s were associates Kent mine who were very friends kyn but others who were not. For example, prior to this associate approaching me, no one greeted me or told me someone would be with me- and far less didn’t they ask someone who wasn’t standing around to assist. I walked around and the associate who helped me saw me and then approached me.
