I was not highly satisfied as a few of the charms I was planning to purchase were not available in this location. Although this was not a deal breaker, it was a bit disheartening as I have been waiting to purchase them. Overall I was satisfied and found other pieces to add to my collection and Bridgette was amazing! Also, the wait was much longer than I've had to wait in other stores. I assume this was due to the fact that only two associates were available until 11am when another associate arrived.

The selections of charms were very limited in price. They also did not honor the birthday discount I was informed I had to have some kind of code of which I did not know. I received an email from Pandora regarding this that’s why I came to the store.

The wait was to long. I went with my sister same problem. I went back 3 days later. Wait is way to long.

When I entered the store and proceeded to the counter, there was a sales associate there looking on the electronic device, she did not look up to acknowledge my presence. I stood there for about a minute or so before she acknowledged me, and when she did it was not a greeting, she stated that this other customer was before me which was fine, but a hello would have been appreciated.

One of the sales personnel whom I believe to be the manager was not friendly, the young lady who did help me was nice but took 20 minutes to find the bracelet I was there to purchase. The server was down and she then took forever with different tablets trying to check me out. She could not attach my purchase to my account.

The website listed this location as having a charm I wanted but when I arrived it wasn't there and the associates were aware of an inventory disconnect between them and the site's understanding of what they had. There was a long line and not enough available associates.

I place an order online and when I received an to pick up my order I went and the order was not correct, when letting the sales associate know she went to correct but my items were no longer in stock. I had to choose different item that were more expensive than what I originally ordered. I had to pay the additional cost.
