There were two associates and both were helping a customer. When one completed the transaction they said I’ll be right with you. Well that never happened, the young lady helped the person that came in after me. When I asked why she said it will just be a few more minutes and that was unprofessional.

I had a broken bracelet charm and I wanted to get it fixed. I was told that because it was purchased over a year, that nothing could be done. I was OK with paying for the repair, but was denied service. Why???

I walked into the store with my fiancé the sales associate did not acknowledge me but she acknowledged him so I made myself knowledgeable to her

Associates seemed rather annoyed by the customers. Working in cs myself I can understand working on busy days such as Mother’s Day weekend can be overwhelming but the employees attitudes made me never want to come back to this particular store

We were not greeted upon entering the store. The manager takes down about other stores in which I had visited. She also talked more about her personal business than helping me find what I needed.

The outlet in Oxon Hill almost never carries newly released pieces. I have to order online or shop at less urban locations.
